Our Commitment
Not just a booth. Infrastructure for better nights.
Quench The Alarm deploys hydration stations, recovery zones, and branded wellness activations at events where people push their limits. We don't wait for the problem — we position ahead of it. Every setup is designed to blend into the atmosphere while keeping your crowd energized, present, and coming back.

Our Motive
The gap nobody's filling.
Events are getting bigger. Crowds are pushing harder. But wellness at nightlife and live events is still an afterthought — a warm water table in the corner, a trash can near the exit, a prayer that nobody goes down before last call. Meanwhile, dehydration, heat fatigue, and overconsumption are quietly ending nights early. Sometimes they end more than that. The infrastructure was never built for this moment. We built it.

Our Why

Most event vendors drop equipment and disappear. QTA brings trained staff, branded gear, curated product, and a post-event debrief that tells you exactly how your crowd moved. Every deployment is a data point. Every interaction is a QTA brand moment.
We don't just set up. We show up.
Event Intake
we learn your crowd, your venue, your vibe
Custom Setup
We transform ideas into engaging moments, tailored stations, branded experience design. We design around your event — branded stations, curated product, layout that works with your venue.
Day-Of Execution
We show up stocked, staffed, and locked in. Our team runs the station so you run your event.
Post-Event Debrief
You get a full recap — attendance impact, guest interactions, what moved, what didn't. Then we talk about next time.
(04)
Our Moves
Respond. Refresh. Repeat.
You've got the event. We've got the infrastructure. Let's talk activation scope, crowd size, and what your night needs to run right.

Our Founder

Built by someone who's been in the room.
B.D. Harrison is a poet, community builder, and the founder of Quench The Alarm. He didn't build this from a boardroom — he built it from the floor of every late night that almost went sideways, every event where the energy was right but the infrastructure wasn't.
TR exists because the gap was real and nobody was filling it with intention. This isn't a product. It's a response — to culture, to community, to the people who show up and deserve to leave whole.
